Lelana Wilson
Executive Officer
Lelana joined the Northern Wasatch HBA in 2018 as Director of Operations and was promoted to Executive Officer in 2022. With a background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership within several billion-dollar e-commerce organizations, she brings extensive experience in organizational leadership and member engagement. Since stepping into her role, Lelana has focused on strengthening member value, enhancing programs and events, and building meaningful partnerships throughout the community. In 2023, she was honored with the Blue Vase/Reach Higher Award in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the association.
Emily Bird
Office Manager
Emily Bird serves as our Office Manager, anchoring daily operations at the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association. She takes care of the vital details behind the scenes so our staff and local builders can thrive. Emily loves human connection and is dedicated to supporting our members across Northern Utah. When she is off the clock, she is usually planning her next travel adventure. You can guarantee her trips always feature outdoor trails for hiking and biking, plus a great pool to relax by.
Kami Holbrook
Accounting Manager
Kami has served as the accounting admin for the NWHBA since 2020, bringing thirteen years of finance experience to the role. She is an alumna of Salt Lake Community College and the University of Phoenix. In addition to her role at NWHBA, she also runs her own bookkeeping business. Kami has a deep passion for new home builds and thoroughly enjoys witnessing the "behind the scenes" of the Parade of Homes come together each year.
Heather Hales
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Heather brings experience in communications, graphic design, social media, and content creation to her role with the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association. Before joining NWHBA, she created digital content for a home and DIY brand and spent several years working as a freelance graphic designer. She enjoys finding creative ways to connect people with the businesses, events, and stories that make Northern Utah a great place to live and work. Heather is a proud alumna of the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys exploring Northern Utah’s small towns and trails, pursuing creative projects, and getting lost in a good book.
