Lelana Wilson
Executive Officer
Lelana joined the Northern Wasatch HBA in 2018 as the Director of Operations and was promoted to Executive Officer in 2022. With a background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership for multiple billion-dollar
e-commerce companies, Lelana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her strategic mindset and collaborative approach have led to the successful implementation of innovative programs and services that benefit members and the community at large. In 2023, she was honored with the Blue Vase/Reach a little Higher Award for association excellence. Under her leadership, both the association and the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes have continued to thrive.
Kami Holbrook
Accounting Manager
Kami has served as the accounting admin for the NWHBA since 2020, bringing thirteen years of finance experience to the role. She is an alumna of Salt Lake Community College and the University of Phoenix. In addition to her role at NWHBA, she also runs her own bookkeeping business. Kami has a deep passion for new home builds and thoroughly enjoys witnessing the "behind the scenes" of the Parade of Homes come together each year.
Kaitlyn Baumgartner
Executive Assistant
Kaitlyn joined the Northern Wasatch HBA team in 2023. She obtained her real estate license at the age of 18 and worked as a managing broker's assistant and office administrator while also being an agent. She has always had a passion for managing social media accounts for businesses, consistently driving growth for the companies she works with. Seeking a different path within the industry while maintaining a similar role, Kaitlyn transitioned to her current position as the Executive Assistant. She excels in fast-paced professional environments, driven by goals, and has a deep passion for the home industry and supporting small businesses.
Tiffany McKay
Events Coordinator
Tiffany joined the Northern Wasatch HBA team in 2023. She has a strong background in event planning, marketing, and building partnerships spanning over eight years. Some of her professional milestones include interning with Disney and directing the Utah International Pageant. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. With a passion for fostering growth, Tiffany thrives in collaborative environments, particularly the opportunity to support the expansion of small businesses.
