  • Social Committee

    Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events within our association. The main objective of this committee is to enhance networking and create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for professionals in our industry.

    Membership Committee

    Keeps our association growing and running smoothly. An oppportunity to work with other members of the association in reaching out to prospective members on behalf of the NWHBA. The focus of this committee is to grow the association and retain members.

    Parade of Homes Committee

    Plans the Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes. Connects with builders, plans marketing for the parade, and coordinates special parade events. 

    Chair: Benjamin Hubbard, Coldwater Stone Design

    Vice-Chair: Brittney Ross, Kay Riley Flooring & Design 

    Government Affairs Committee

    Protect and promote the interests of the home building industry.  Keep members informed on state and federal legislation affecting the home building industry and assist CEO in building relationships with city and building officials in Davis, Weber, Morgan and Box Elder counties. 

    Chair: David Lewis IV- DR Horton, Inc.

    Charity Committee

    Reviews and discusses requests for needs in the community. Raises money to help fund charitable activities and Build-a-Christmas project for families in need. 

    Chair: Suzy Hassell- Zions Bank

    Realtors Committee

    Works to build a relationship between realtors and builders in our community.  

    Chair: Cami Thorne- Cami Thorne Real Estate 

    Northern Wasatch HBA Charitable Foundation

    Our Charitable Foundation was founded as a non-profit 501(c) (3) entity in 2009.

    • Further education by providing grants for those seeking careers in the construction industry.
    • Provide a mechanism for soliciting, receiving and administering tax deductible donations from our membership or other donors.
    • Provide a mechanism for funding suitable construction related charitable projects for the good of our communities and our membership.
