Some topics covered are how to de-escalate angry customers. How to manage difficult conversations. How to be assertive, without being abrasive. Come prepared to learn, participate, and share experiences from your professional life. The classroom style is participative Every class is a little different because the discussion evolves depending on the feedback from those attending.
